You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Darshkpop reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Darshkpop specializes in unofficial handmade K-pop and P-pop merchandise. We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.
All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and are subject to change without notice. We accept GCash and BPI bank transfers. Payment must be received before orders are processed. DTI and BIR registered – official receipts are available upon request.
We ship nationwide. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on location. Darshkpop is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo evidence. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Darshkpop or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any material is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aurora, Philippines.
