Your satisfaction matters – here's how we handle returns and exchanges
All items are non-refundable unless the issue is due to the seller's mistake (wrong item, missing item, or damaged item caused before shipping).
To request a return or exchange, buyers must send a clear unedited unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish. This serves as proof of the item's condition upon arrival.
Important: Unboxing videos must be continuous and unedited to be accepted as valid proof.
Send the video and order details to darshkpop@gmail.com within 24 hours after receiving the package. Claims sent without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Please note that most products are handmade, so slight imperfections may occur. These are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Once the claim is verified and approved, DarshKpop will provide instructions for the replacement or exchange process.
DarshKpop is not responsible for damages or delays caused by the courier after the package has been shipped.
